1. Introduction
X Vector Labs, INC (“xVector,” “xVectorLabs”, “X Vector Labs, Inc.”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at xvectorlabs.com (the “Site”).
Scope. This Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site, including informational pages, documentation, blog posts, handbooks, demonstration request forms, and other content available on the Site (“Site Content”). It does not govern data processed through the xVector platform, products, software, APIs, or managed services (collectively, the “Platform”). Processing of data within the Platform is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, or other written agreement between your organization and xVector. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and a separately executed agreement governing the Platform, that agreement controls.
This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Important: As stated in our Terms of Use (Section 8), you should not submit confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or sensitive personal information through the Site’s public-facing forms unless specifically instructed to do so under a separate written agreement with xVector.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our service providers and we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device and browser information: device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and language preferences.

2.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
We may receive information about you from publicly available sources or business data providers (e.g., LinkedIn profile data when you interact with our professional content). This may include your name, employer, job title, and professional contact information.
Sensitive Personal Information. xVector does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health data, or biometric information) through the Site. If you believe you have inadvertently submitted sensitive personal information through the Site, please contact us at legal@xvectorlabs.com so we may address the matter promptly.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Form Submissions (ToU Section 8)
When you submit information through the Site’s forms (demo requests, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups), we use that information under a non-exclusive, limited right solely for the following purposes, as stated in Section 8 of our Terms of Use:
(a) Responding to your inquiry or request. (b) Providing requested materials or services. (c) Operating and maintaining the Site. (d) Site analytics and security. (e) Improving xVector’s products and services.
This right continues only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes above, subject to the retention periods described in Section 7.
3.2 Feedback (ToU Section 8.1)
If you voluntarily provide Feedback (as defined in Section 8.1 of our Terms of Use), meaning suggestions, ideas, or enhancement requests about xVector’s products or services, distinct from standard form submissions, you grant xVector a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into our products and services without obligation or compensation. This broader right applies only to Feedback and does not extend to information submitted through standard contact or demo request forms.
3.3 Other Purposes
In addition to the purposes described above, we may use information we collect to:
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
- Enforce our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, and protect the rights, property, or safety of xVector, our users, or others.
- Send transactional messages related to your inquiries. Where you have explicitly opted in, we may also send marketing communications about xVector’s products and services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time (see Section 9).
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or share (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA) your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer relationship management. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with this Policy. A list of key sub-processors and service providers engaged by xVector is maintained at xvectorlabs.com/legal/sub-processors and is updated as sub-processors are added or changed.
- Business transfers: If xVector is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on the Site of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your prior consent or at your direction.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing personal information (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), we rely on the following bases:
- Contract performance: processing necessary to respond to your inquiries and provide requested information or services.
- Legitimate interests: processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Site, securing our systems, and understanding how visitors use the Site, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights.
