By accessing or using any part of the Platform / Solutions, you are consenting to xVectorlabs collecting, using, storing, transferring and disclosing your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the collection, use, storage, transfer or disclosure of your information in this way, please do not use the Platform / Solutions or provide us with any of your information. A. INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
When you access or use the Platform / Solutions, we may ask you to provide us and/or we may collect certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you in combination with other information available or likely to be available with us (“Personal Information”). Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. G. RETAINING YOUR INFORMATION
Any Personal Information you provide to us shall be retained for as long as you access and use the Platform / Solutions. Thereafter, the information will be deleted.
H. DISCLAIMER
xVectorlabs shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by you by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any Personal Information relating to you which is not as a result of any breach of this Policy by xVectorlabs or which occurs in spite of the reasonable security practices and procedures adopted by xVectorlabs in accordance with applicable law.
I. MODIFICATION OF PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion without any prior notice to you. If we update or modify this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version of this Policy on the Platform and such revision shall become effective immediately on such posting. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates / modifications. Your continued access or use of any of the Platform / Solutions after any revision becomes effective shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you are not agreeable to the changes in the Policy, you may choose to withdraw the consent you had given us earlier.

We do not have control over such third party links and we do not verify and do not have any responsibility or liability with respect to the content or privacy and security practices and policies of external websites.
